Premier Locksmith Texas provides professional locksmith services, including but not limited to:

• Automotive Services – Car key replacement, key fob programming, transponder key programming, push-to-start key service, smart key replacement, car lockout assistance, ignition repair and replacement, broken key extraction, and motorcycle and fleet vehicle keys.

• Residential Services – Home lockout assistance, house rekeying, move-in rekey service, deadbolt installation, smart lock installation, keypad lock installation, lock repair and replacement, mailbox lock replacement, and patio gate and garage lock service.

• Commercial Services – Commercial rekeying, master key systems, access control, storefront lock repair, commercial lock installation, panic bar installation, exit device repair, door closers, file cabinet and desk locks, and property management locksmith services.

• Safe Services – Safe opening, safe lockout service, safe combination changes, digital safe keypad repair, safe lock replacement, safe installation, safe moving, gun safe service, floor safe service, and commercial safe service.

• Emergency Services – Mobile locksmith response for urgent lockout situations and break-in recovery.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

Premier Locksmith Texas primarily serves the Rio Grande Valley and Laredo, Texas regions, with storefront locations in Mission, Pharr, McAllen, and Laredo.

Mobile locksmith services are available throughout the Rio Grande Valley, Monday through Saturday until 10:00 PM, and on Sundays by appointment. Service availability may vary by location and circumstances.

Online quotes and estimates provided through our website, quote form, or by phone are estimates only and are not binding commitments. Final pricing is determined and confirmed by a licensed technician on-site prior to performing any work.

Factors that may affect final pricing include, but are not limited to:

• The type of lock, door, or security system involved.

• Accessibility of the lock or key mechanism.

• Additional parts, labor, or complexity discovered upon inspection.

No work will be performed without your explicit approval of the final price. You are never obligated to proceed after receiving an on-site quote.

When scheduling a service appointment, please provide accurate information about your location, the type of service needed, and any relevant details about your vehicle or property. This helps us dispatch the appropriate technician with the right equipment.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash and major credit and debit cards.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Any applicable taxes will be added to the final invoice.

By requesting services from Premier Locksmith Texas, you agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with the services rendered, including any applicable fees for parts and materials.

This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and restocking fees are handled for services and products provided by Premier Locksmith Texas. By engaging our services or purchasing products, you agree to the terms below.

Cancellations Before Work Begins. You may cancel a scheduled service at no charge as long as the cancellation is made before work has begun and before any product or special-order item has been purchased on your behalf. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at (956) 449-0100.

Cancellations After Work Has Started or an Item Has Been Ordered. Once a technician has begun work, or once a product or special-order item has been purchased for your order, a restocking and cancellation fee of 25% of the product or order value applies to cover returns, supplier charges, restocking, and labor already incurred. Special-order and custom items may not be returnable at all, depending on the supplier.

Completed Services Are Non-Refundable. Locksmith services that have been performed and completed are non-refundable. This includes, among others, lockouts, rekeying, key cutting and programming, lock repairs and installations, and safe work. Because these services involve labor that cannot be returned or undone, payment for completed work is final.

Products and Materials. Returns of physical products (such as locks, safes, hardware, and keys) that are eligible for return are subject to the 25% restocking fee. Products must be unused and in their original condition to be considered for return. Special-order, custom, and programmed items are generally final sale.

Deposits. Any deposit collected to schedule service or to order parts or products becomes non-refundable once work has begun or the related product or special-order item has been purchased.

Defective Products and Warranty. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under an applicable manufacturer warranty or under Texas law. If a product we supplied is found to be defective, contact us at (956) 449-0100 and we will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with the applicable warranty.

How to Request a Cancellation or Discuss a Concern. To cancel an order, request an eligible product return, or raise a concern, contact us at (956) 449-0100 before the relevant work begins or as soon as possible. We are committed to handling concerns fairly and in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Premier Locksmith Texas and its employees, technicians, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement of our services beyond what is required by applicable Texas law.
